It is looking for Human Resources, professionals for the following position:
HR Coordinator



Responsibilities:
The HR Coordinator will be accountable for providing support to the Human Resources Manager and HR Team.
• Provides direct support to HR Manager in all related activities, agenda, meetings, executive reports & statistics.
• Attends meetings and communications with Senior Management and must act as a point of contact for Team Leaders on-behalf or in absence of the HR Manager.
• Lead and execute the Training Program.
• Assure application of HR processes, policies and systems.
• Support the delivery of the HR Functional Plan along with the HR Leadership Team.
• Deliver appropriate Organizational Effectiveness interventions with support from subject-matter experts.
• Assure HR-related compliance with company Code of Conduct as well as in the external legal context.



Requirements:
• Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, Legal, Industrial Engineer. Bachelor's required.
• Master's Degree in Human Resources preferred (as a plus)
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience within Human Resources (large corporate environment preferred).
• Account internal client management of approximately 800 employees.
• Proven experience in generalist HR work with ability to influence at all levels within the organization through effective interpersonal and delivery skills
• Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse environment and across multiple stakeholder groups
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated assertiveness in driving change in business partner discussions.
• The Company is located at San Rafael Las Flores, Santa Rosa, 1.5 hours from Carretera a El Salvador. The candidate must reside on site.
