Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
•6 Months to one year of corporate travel environment (most preferred).
•Experience with booking travel through a major airline GDS system – (Worldspan, Sabre, Amadeus and/or Apollo)
•Talent for identifying customer needs and presenting appropriate company product and service offerings.
•Demonstrated ability to gain customer trust and provide exceptional follow-up leading to increase repeat and referral business.
