The Operations Analytics Analyst will be responsible for generating regular reports and organized output regarding operational and financial activity for a client services operation. These reports are used by Xerox program management to ensure that operations are performing to our contractual agreements with our clients, internal accounting management to maintain and comply with internal accounting needs and back-office teams to process client invoices. The Operations Analyst will also be required to investigate and resolve data issues from multiple data systems as well as interface with operations and finance team members.
We Require:
Basic Business Intelligence Tool Operation:
- Generate Operations Reports
- Interact with Finance and Operations Web-Based Systems for Data Retrieval to MSExcel
- Retrieve, Load Operations and Financial Data Into Template
- Interact with Interactive Business Intelligence Tool Select Relevant Data
- Analyze & Present Business Intelligence Tool Output
Internal Revenue and Cost Reporting:
- Run Weekly Revenue and Cost Reports
- Package Report Content for Management
- Present, explain report content
- Identify Issues, Gaps to Management
Client Facing Reporting:
- Use Business Intelligence tool to run existing reports measuring
- Supply Chain Spend/Volume Activity
- Turnaround Time and Performance Measurements
- Supply Chain Interaction Measurements
- Package Reports into Client Required Format (Power Point/Excel)
Skills:
- Basic Understanding of Accounting Concepts applied (Revenue, Cost)
- Basic Understanding of Purchasing Concepts: Purchase Ordering, Invoicing
- Comfort with Excel to format data for presentation
- Comfort with Power Point for Presentation
- Ability to understand Basic QlikView dataselection and operation
- Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized
- Efficient and accurate data entry skills
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Ability to manage and prioritize workload
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to investigate, analyze and evaluate data, troubleshoot, and solve problems quickly and completely
- Effective verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in data retrieval and or billing environment role
- BS degree or equivalent
- MS Office Suite experience with strong Excel skills
