Conduct Language Skills Support Training, Accent Neutralization Training, and other language training programs as developed, within New Hire Training programs as required by different projects.
Create and implement action plans in order to provide on-going and refresher language training to designated employees.
Evaluate language usage of employees requiring extensive support.
Support coaching sessions of employees who require extensive additional instruction.
Plan, organize, and carry out specific language support activities to improve current English communication skills.
Participate in programmed voice assessments for the evaluation of incoming Trainee candidates.
Support language incentive programs and coordinate project specific language incentive activities to achieve better implementation of English language skills.
Inform the Language Specialist regarding assistance given and progress made in English usage.
Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties.
Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with NCO/EGS policies and procedures.
Accountable for all decisions, actions, and directives with respect to job responsibilities.
Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
Make recommendations to implement improved processes.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
