Role Purpose and Scope:
Responsible for the staffing and development of local resources. Also responsible for process improvements and the development of new processes to improve team performance and increase productivity and efficiency, working closely with a senior manager. Meets regularly with senior managers and also with direct reports to ensure communication of company vision and goals. Expected to become a subject matter expert (SME) in the areas managed to assist, coach and strategize with team members effectively. Participate in the Xerox community of practice (CoP) related to the team focus. All other duties as assigned by senior manager(s).
Responsibilities:
• Coach team members to build goals and define career path
• Handle disciplinary proceedings with the collaboration of HR
• Organize team efforts to maximize results
• Participate in touch points and other management meetings to discuss and define vision, focus and action plans.
• Prepare regular reports on the metrics and proceedings of the team
• Assist the senior manager on improving team productivity and collaboration
Education and Background:
• Previous management experience required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (BBA)
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office Suite, especially in Excel

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including email, phone, reporting, etc.)

• Implementation Coordinator’s training (implementation team managers)
• Virtual Tech Lead training (implementation team managers)

• Data Analysts training (non-implementation team managers)
• Lean-Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified required, Green belt preferred
