Descripción de la Oferta

Purpose:
The primary objective of the SPPC Manager is to lead a high performance team (SPPC’s) in supporting delivery of training and color services to clients to enable revenue, client satisfaction, and customer retention. Achievement of these objectives will be delivered through skills development, coaching, collaboration and communication with employees, peers and clients.

Scope:
This position has accountability to effectively align and manage the SPPC color consultants in support of the Sales channels in the areas of client training and color services delivery. This support enables the Sales channels to acquire, retain and grow business in new and existing accounts.

Main Responsibilities:
- Achieve Professional Services revenue plan, profit and expense objectives.
- Develop and deploy effective field coverage plans and engagement processes for the SPPC teams to enable sufficient client delivery of training for Production Color products (IGen / Color Press) and color management services
- Act as the liaison to all Sales Channel partners (USCO, NAAO, GIS, GDO, GC) to enable effective sales engagement and participation, presentations, PS Services negotiations, marshaling of resources, coaching and continuous best-practice sharing
- Participate in TTM/launch activities for Production Software (all IGen/ColorPress) products and software offerings representing Professional - Services to identify learning, pricing, documentation and launch requirements
- Support team development of effective color management offerings and programs to enable client skills in color management;
- Interpret and communicate Xerox corporate and local direction, strategies, actions and expectations.
- Ensure consistent, closed loop, and timely delivery of client services enabled by knowledgeable, skilled, well prepared team members positive client satisfactions KPI’s
- Facilitates skills & knowledge transfer to the field Systems Analyst on the production color products and software offerings for production color
- Develop and sustain a high performance support team through continuous selection, hiring, on-boarding, development, coaching and motivation of team members.
- Drive process discipline in execution of support processes and make fact based decisions through expectation setting, analysis and utilization of performance metrics.
- Assesses and analyzes team performance, identifies performance gaps and provides feedback and coaching and performs appropriate use of Performance Management Process and hold employees accountable for delivering results (as required)

Education:
BA/BS Management, Information Technology or equivalent. OR Equivalent People Mgmt Experience

Skills:
- Demonstrates strength in people management and adherence to people management processes and guidance. Demonstrated successful sustained performance in all management roles.
- Effective influence and communication with internal / external decision makers
- Successfully leads and manages virtual teams, including various functional experts internal and external
to Xerox
- Demonstrated leadership and business acumen. Negotiation Skills
Strong organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills.
- Full working knowledge of Xerox Production Color portfolio of products and strategy, color and color theory and color management processes
- Demonstrated ability to interpret economic and relevant business conditions and redirect sales strategies accordingly.
- Versatility, flexibility and willingness to work within an ambiguous, constantly changing environment and adapts work processes to support change
- Drives a motivation for action.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and development of others.
