Key Activities:
- Identify Geo BCN's to be transitioned (steady state management - CTool recon/research)
- Transition calls - coordinate completion, backup to JM for transition calls
- PRT CA resource management - new hire screening, workload balancing
- Focal point with DC's for "new" activities transitioning to PRT
- Provide monthly reporting - transition scorecard, acct transitions, meter collections, meter overrides, IBR
- BRDS database maintenance and identification of enhancements (support DC)
- Deploy tools / processes to increase meter collection rate
- Deploy tools / processes to reduce override of automated meter reads
- VBS disposition compliance, BART support
