VSEs are an extended member of the direct field sales team. Sales executives are responsible for driving improved time to revenue and revenue growth in assigned account. Additional responsibilities included Value Quix pricing support. Value Quix is the tool that implementation and inside sales all rely on to Add, Trade, Move, Change, or Remove devices to/from client locations. Value Quix is also the tool Xerox uses for handling credit approvals for clients and for creating proposals. VSAs handle all these tasks with the help of Value Quix.
Initiate sales calls to existing customers within assigned territories as well as follow up calls to specific customers within assigned territories.
Maintain and follow a tight Sales Management Process.
Establish and maintain good customer relations, both internal and external.
Uncover prospects and engage direct field sales representatives
Place orders for new devices, moves, replacements, removals, and trades
Handle credit approvals in the request for devices
Request new customer and site ID numbers
Education and Background
Education 2 years university minimum
Excellent systems literacy knowledge – MS Office, Excel, Word, Internet
Experience with web tools
Familiar with sales, previous experience a plus
Required Skills
Selling and ability to develop strong customer relationships
Project management skills
Work independently with a high level of professionalism
Strong business acumen
Able to raise issues with others in a way that maintains trust and credibility
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including email, phone, reporting, etc.)
