HUAWEI STORE/ CHANNEL SUPERVISOR
(PROMOTERS/ SALES SUPERVISOR)
1. Job Description
Report to: City Manager
Coordinate: Promoters
2. Main Duties and Areas of Responsibility:
Huawei sales supervisor core responsibilities will be to oversee the day-to-day operation of assigned stores to ensure achievement of business sales target. Develop, enhance and maintain business relationships with store managers and key people, monitor performance of store promoters and provide market feedback.
a) Maintain an expert understanding of Huawei devices, tablets and more
b) Build meaningful customer relationships among key people
c) Work in a collaborative manner alongside store managers and sales staff
d) Drive sales against targets (daily, weekly, monthly)
e) Manage and plan store operation tasks and activities
f) Manage Huawei staff inside store (leading, coaching, monitoring & evaluation)
g) Manage, maintain and display all Huawei products in store
h) Deliver sale support materials to operators/chains sales staff
i) Adhere to Huawei/Operator/Store policies and procedures
j) Feedback client ideas, suggestions and situations to City Manager
k) Capture and report all relevant data on a daily basis
l) Review and communicate sales and stock levels (daily, weekly, monthly)
m) Train and develop channel sales staff on Huawei products
n) Solve staff and client problems or special situations
o) Monitor and analyze marketing campaigns progress and results
p) Develop and analyze key metrics to improve shopping experience and sales
q) Coordinate market/consumer studies, analyze and provide professional feedback
r) Meet and exceed established KPIs
s) Any other duty or responsibility assigned by line manager
3. Requirements for the position
a) General Requirements
1) Male or female of 25-28 years old
b) Education
1) 2 years of college education in marketing, business o related field
c) Experience
1) Experience with handsets/tablets/Android OS
2) 2 years of previous experience as account or store supervisor
3) Skills and Qualification
4) Exceptional attitude and personality
5) Engaging, energetic, hands-on, team player
6) Passion for Huawei brand and technology
7) Strong communication skills and interpersonal relationships
8) Experience managing sales teams
9) Computer literate (Windows, MS Office, Email)
10) Flexibility to change channel/territory if required to meet business needs
11) Bilingual (English-Spanish) 60%
12) Good presentation and appearance to represent Huawei brand
