Identifying training and development needs within the organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments;.
• Supervise training for staff.
• Conduct orientation sessions.
• Create training materials and develop multimedia visual aids and presentations.Create testing and evaluation processes.
• Prepare and implement training budget.
• Conduct performance evaluations. Conduct continuing education training.
• Provide performance feedback.
• Provide leadership development education.
• Provide logistical support, course development, delivery, evaluation, process measurements, and cost management.
• Assist with the development of strategic plans
