Assists with proposal inputs, editing, illustrations in response to requests for proposals. Supports the proposal draft with Qvidian inputs to questions and assists with the quality and effective design and layout. Assists with editing and format of the proposal draft and final version to ensure accuracy & compliance. Experience coordinating proposals. Writing and communication skills. Understanding of the proposal process. Working knowledge of document production using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint and the ability to manage large documents. Ability to work under pressure as part of a cohesive team. Proficiency in Microsoft, Excel and PowerPoint. Provide writing support to Bid Managers and deal teams for qualified opportunities. Participate in deal team calls to develop understanding of win strategy and themes. Drafting cover letters and executive summaries based on scope and requirements of deal along with client relationship (if any). Ensure high-level benefits provided and messaging consistent throughout every proposal draft. Final copy edits for proposals prior to delivery to client.
