Responsible for effectively managing three key areas, account management, escalated issues and Local Market Incidents. This position will require traveling to the US and possibly other parts of the world.
REQUIREMENTS:
-5+ years of call center management experience or account management
-Previous experience of managing budgets
-Must have excellent analytical skills be able to review reports and summarize key trends
-Superior decision making skills required, including the ability to think critically and use independent judgment
-Previous experience of working with international organizations
-Proficient in the use of Microsoft Windows and Office programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
