Specialized Accounting team lead oversees the execution of CRS Specialized Accounting processes in accordance with applicable Accounting Policy and Internal Controls Policies and Standards. Will provide support to the business by compiling and/or reviewing the reconciliation of all account activity as well as the submission of the CRS business monthly financial information. Interface with the CRS business and provide accounting and reporting support for the CRS reporting areas. Compile property reserve requirement analysis for the CRS business. Act as liaison for the CRS business in the compilation of any ad hoc projects related to CRS legal vehicle activity. Maintain the ongoing update of the department%27s Procedures and Control Manual.Conduct the research of reconciling items and resolve any outstanding issues - Provide training, guidance and leadership to staff - Proactively interface with CRS Controllers and Finance teams to resolve any reporting or accounting issues - Handle ad-hoc requests to do research or investigations, projects, variances, etc.ails Leadership Teamwork
