Procurement Analyst 1Sourcing & Contract Administrators interface with internal businesses, suppliers and legal groups, and work with Contract Officers, Sourcing Managers and Category Leads to manage the requests and contract documents through uploading and completion of electronic records. The Sourcing & Contract Administrators need to be organized, detailed and have strong multi-tasking skills as they will be responsible for all due diligence for each request prior to contract execution and after contracts are fully executed for the appropriate upload and catalogue into the contract management system.Essential Position Responsibilities :· Guarantee the compliance of all contract records with audit guidelines as well as adherence to Citi process, procedures and best practices.· Guarantee the maintenance and consistency of the eSourcing Contract and project data for all services and geographies supported· Liaise with Sourcing Managers, Legal, internal customers and suppliers va written communication and teleconference.· Review and ensure contract packages contain all required information and internal approvals in accordance with Citi compliance and audit requirements.· Enter and scan all contracts into centralized database, assign contract to appropriate sourcing manager, and update project and contract data fields into the contract management system, as applicable. · Maintain supplier contact information for contract record purposes in the contract management system. · Utilize various procurement tools and processes to research supplier and internal approval information.
