Monitor and report Risk & Control activities related to compliance with operational risk guidelines, Incident Report Processes and Corrective action Plans. Support Regional HRSS R&C Leader in presenting to Senior Management periodic metrics. Supports other team mates in preparing and maintaining Incident Reports and CAPs, documenting clear and effective controls and risk management actions plans and that address a clearly identified root cause. Conducts risk and control assessments on a regular basis to ensure function meets corporate standards that specifically relate to internal operating controls.
