Leads a team of Network Administrators in supporting the call center Operations of the company, as well as those of Support groups, by ensuring the continuous availability and reliability of local and global network services (i.e. LAN / WAN). Maintains the data network within the organization.

Qualifications
- CCNA ,CCNP and CCSP certifications
-Min 3 years Network Admin experience in supervisory capacity
- Working knowledge of Data and Voice networking equipment, as well as their installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Must have a basic knowledge of the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Cisco routers and multi-service switches.
- Strong supervisory skills.
- Strong time and project management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Adaptive to changing work schedules and working hours.
- Excellent customer service
