Descripción de la Oferta

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Manager to join a global company in great expansion in Guatemala.

You must have a proven track record of working within a similar industry (call center or BPO) AND have previous experience in similar positions. At least 80% English level is required (please note that interviews will be held in that language). You also need to demonstrate understanding of customer service processes and systems and experience of leading, motivating and developing a small to medium team.

Some of the responsibilities are:

-Create action plans that will be aligned to the actual needs of the skill or the company.
-Provide daily performance feedback
- Ensure that team is managed to agreed levels of performance, drive improvements in service performance (as measured by internal and external service level agreements) ensuring appropriate measurement, monitoring and governance controls are established within the teams.
-Attend calibration
-Handle escalated calls as needed.
