Job Description:
1. Work on different channels to increase number of applicants for Agent and Non Agent positions for the company
2. Ensure collection of leads to call for invitations to apply in the [24]7
3. Coordinate with Headhunters and other Recruitment companies
4. Ensure success of the Non Employee Referral Program
5. Manage Print, Digital, and Social Media with focus on promoting the company for potential applicants
6. Organize Job Fairs
7. Manage Online application portals like Tecoloco
8. Assist in University Relations and Employee Referral efforts of the company
Requirements:
1. Graduate of Marketing preferred but not required
2. Experience in Marketing in Call Centers preferred but not required
3. Knowledge in Digital Marketing and Print Marketing Strategies preferred but not required
4. EXCELLENT ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS
6. Knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications
7. Knowledge in graphic design tools preferred but not required
5. Schedule flexibility
