Descripción de la Oferta
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Plan and develop new training content as needed.
2. Research flaws and solutions for problems from Operations experience.
3. Create and develop successful and interactive training content for both new hires and previously experienced personnel within required time frame.
4. Provide Learning Department with updated tools.
5. Revise and update existing job aids.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Development-oriented experience (e-learning, web, graphic, etc.)
• Professional-level English language
• Process-oriented
• Excellent Grammar and Spelling (English and Spanish)
DESIRABLE:
• High school degree and university education (3rd year)
• HTML, CSS, Basic Javascript, basic PHP
• Instructional design experience
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
• Good interpersonal relationships
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Leadership
• Above average computer skills
• Patient and open-minded attitude
