Job objetives:
Prepares new representatives by conducting orientation to sales and service processes; developing individual coaching plans; providing resources and assistance; scheduling orientation and ongoing training.
Determines training needs by observing sales and service encounters;
Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Engages in all sales- and service-related tasks, including but not limited to process improvement.
Performs all other duties as required.
Work closely with Resource Management regarding scheduling, delivery and implementation of training and communication
Facilitate or co-facilitate leadership development programs that support all divisions
Experience Required:
One or more years developing and implementing training
One or more years call center experience
