A prestigious company with services in Central America, Panama and Ecuador is looking for a person in charge of manage and monitor sales and logistics, in palm oil division (both crude as refined).

-This person will be in charge of negotiate with ship brokers (if necessary) rates bulk vessels to markets where the product has been negotiated to ensure compliance delivery and negotiated prices.

-Constantly monitor market behavior in order to make price hedging and minimize the risk of price changes in the market.

-Manage and supervise the areas of sales and logistics of the commercial division of oil.
Maintain adequate control of costs of each client.

-Keep track the accounts receivable and payments.

-Coordinate the local logistics operation including ground transportation, logistics storage tanks, tanks spaces extraction plant

We require:
-Experience managing a business division with customer service and sales (logistics indispensable).
-High knowledge of cost control, accounting.
-Experience in logistics
-Ability to negotiate with both customers and suppliers.
- Human Resource Management (temperament, such as address and resolve situations of labor issues), people skills, no matter the level of the post.
-Bachelor of Business Administration, Economics, International Business.
-VISA
