Responsibilities:
1. To handle daily payment processing; Ensure accounting of all purchase invoices;
2. To be responsible for customer payments;
3. Responsible for AP/Expenses/Accruals;
4. To make sure timely and accurate payments to suppliers;
5. To carry out any other duties as required by Device Accounting Manager.
6. Credit Notes control
7. Check the finance work with all the customers
8. Internal Control for terminal business.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above, Accounting major is preferred.
2. At least two years working experiences, preferably in AP field;
3. Ability to handle a mass of daily payment processing;
4. Knowledge of Peachtree or Oracle Accounting system;
5. Strong sense of reasonability; Good communication skills and self-motivated;
6. Good command in both written and oral English.
