WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
In your role you will be part of our success by:
Business and IT Strategy
• Manages the delivery of one or more IT service required to support the IT strategy.

Technology Management/Leadership
• Provides clarity on objectives, scope and organizational change management.
• Provides input to business technology planning for an IT process.
• Manages IT technology administration/operations/support to ensure successful fulfillment of end-user requirements.
• Maintains and controls of department budget, schedule and resources
• In concert with cross-functional management and executive sponsors, establishes priorities, work sequence and allocation of resources for requests.
• Meets regularly with team to gather work statuses.

Governance/Policies, Processes, & Standards
• Provides input into demand management process.
• Ensures compliance with enterprise technology standards, governance processes, and performance metrics to ensure IT delivers value to the enterprise.
• Ensures adherence to policies, procedures, and standards.

Process Improvement
• Identifies opportunities for process improvements.
• Implements defined process improvements.
• Measures service performance and implements improvements.
• Supports the user community in system and process matters/issues.
• Administers efficient customer service to internal clients.

Financial Management
• Forecasts and manages technology costs by providing input into annual budget planning

Manages budget and takes appropriate steps to stay within budget.
• Provides high-quality services at optimal cost to customers

Talent Management
• Discusses work progress and obstacles.
• Provides advice, guidance, encouragement and constructive feedback.
• Ensures work, information, ideas, and technology flow freely across teams.
• Establishes measurable individual and team objectives that are aligned with business and organizational goals.
• Documents and presents performance assessments.
• Recognizes and rewards associates commensurate with performance.
• Partners with direct reports to establish a career development plan that is aligned to achievement of performance and career goals.
• Provides ongoing feedback for development.
• Complies with organizational practices for staffing, EEO, diversity, performance management, development, reward and recognition, and retention.
• Provides input to the identification and development of potential future leaders.

Workforce Planning
• Identifies the roles, skills and knowledge required to achieve department goals.
• Ensures staff has the resources and skills needed to support all work initiatives

Organization Change Management
• Acts as a change agent to implement and manage best practices within area of responsibility.
• Executes change through frequent, communication to staff and clients about the change and the impact of the change (individual and business).
• Identifies and removes obstacles to change.

Vendor Management
• Reviews vendor contracts for alignment with desired results.
• Provides advice and counsel to the vendor relationship decision-making and contract development processes.
• Reviews service provider performance.
• Identifies and confirms performance problems and notifies contract managers.

Work is performed in typical office environment including normal work activities.
• Role could be located at any Kellogg Latin American facility ( Caribbean, Central America, Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Brazil )
• Some international travel may be required

This position requires regular attendance and punctuality in accordance with Company policies. Additionally, the ability to interact well with other employees and work overtime, as necessary, is required.
