-Providing Coaching and Feedbacks to associates for delivery of goals
-Developing bottom performers
-Willingness and ability to stretch based on needs
-Keeping and tracking teams’s performance digitally and visually
-Ensuring service levels are met consistently on a daily basis
-Ensuring stability in the process
-Floor Walks
-Attend call Calibration internally and with client
-Conducting huddles
-Managing attrition risk
-Call monitoring

Requirements

-High school diploma – university degree (desirable)
-85% in both spoken and written English
-Good Communication skills.
-Proficient in M.S Office software specially in Excel and PowerPoint
-Ability to work under pressure under specific goals
Results oriented and good people skills.
