Purpose of the position:
The primary role of the position is assisting the Global IT PM team in implementation of projects while maintaining all project documentation per defined PMI Methodology.
Functions:
• Document activities that are a part of a Project Implementation.
• Develop and maintain project plans while executing tasks on time and within budget.
• As a member of the PM Team, collaborate with other team members and departments to deliver tasks and goals in line with the overall project deliverables.
• Maintain clear process documentation per defined PMI Methodology and strive for continuous improvement of processes and efficiency.
• Timely escalation of issues that may adversely influence projects.
• Timely completion of project related tasks
• Work closely with the Project Managers and internal stakeholders while remaining the Point of Contact for various key tasks through the Project Implementation cycles.
• Change control and risk management
Task:
• End to end project ownership and implementation
• Host project related calls and document key deliverables and owners
• Provide periodical project updates to stakeholders
• Update the project related documentation
• Collaborate and influence resources across geos
• Drive IT related discussions to establish and define project deliverables
Key Requirements:
• Should have relevant work experience in the call center industry.
• Proven implementation expertise would be preferred over specific function expertise.
• Ability to interact and positively influence stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills both Spanish and English (written and oral)
• Effective at developing creative/innovative solutions
• Ability to manage change, work cross-functionally, and to learn quickly
• Good problem solving skills, bias for action, decisive, strong time management skills
• Ability to deal personnel over phone
• Must be adept in MS Office
• Knowledge of MS Project and Visio
