This position is responsible to procure different services between a business and the vendor. The vendors can be diverse, from recruiting, catering, specific services. They will change depending the core of the business the analyst will be working with:
Meeting the KPIs for cost savings.
Negotiation with Suppliers and internal clients on timeframes, costs, delivery in general.
Sourcing for candidates that meet the requirements, but also fall below the average market rate.
Managing larger amounts of information coming from different sources.
Following up on contractors under their BU (scope) - conversions, roll offs, new hires, terminations etc.
Manage all sourcing requirements under the assigned BU.
Stakeholder and supplier negotiations, engagement and management.
Weekly, monthly tracking on savings & other initiatives.
Managing all systems/tools within the ERM process.

Requirements:
Advanced English Level 85 to 95%
Process Oriented
Experience in: IT purchasing, Recruitment Outsourcing, BPO and Sales
