1. Responsible to supervise and report the status and updates on any assigned projects
2. Will be responsible to coordinate the night transportation service for the eligible employees
3. Will be assigned to search, hire and / or lease parking spaces for the eligible employees. Will also be responsible to keep a track of available spots, employee discounts and an updated tracker with a list of the service users
4. Will oversee all required purchasing orders aligned to the department, request cost quotations and follow up with the purchasing department
5. Keeps a thorough control of the petty cash movements. Will send an approval email to Management and then to accounting before any expense
6. Responsible to execute any improvement project for the maintenance of the Building
7. Rest assures the quality and hygiene standards for the cafeteria vendor, water dispensers and any other service provided to the employees
8. Will be responsible to control any equipment movement within each department and / or between sites
9. Coordinates and equally distributes all the activities within the security and maintenance department, as per Manager’s request
10. Executes all other activities that are assigned by the Facilities Manager and/or Board of directors
