Wireless Solution Sales Manager
The Wireless Solution Sales team in Guatemala is looking for customer-focused, dedicated and self-driven candidates to drive the sales of Huawei’s Wireless Products and Solutions in Guatemala. The successful candidate will be working primarily with Tier 1 telecommunication operators that expect the highest level of customer service, professionalism and expertise from suppliers such as Huawei.
Scope of the work:
1. Technical Sales:
a. Responsible for (technical) pre-sales of radio network products towards specific customers in Guatemala.
b. Prepare network design and solution proposal for bids.
2. Business Development:
a. Explore sales opportunities by presenting products and solutions to existing and potential customers.
b. Support creation of technical pre-sales material for presentations and demos.
c. Develop and strengthen customer relationship by organizing marketing activities.
3. Solution Selling:
a. Understand customer pain points and develop appropriate solutions.
b. Present solutions by organizing customer meetings and workshops.
c. Be main point of contact for the customer with regard to the solutions.
4. Business/Market Analysis
a. Analyze competitor information.
b. Analyze market for wireless solutions and industry trends.
c. Participate in regional, vertical market research activities related to wireless solutions.
Requirements:
1. 5+ years’ experience in the mobile communications industry, sales experience preferred.
2. Education background: Bachelor degree or higher in radio communications or computer science.
3. Extensive experience and deep knowledge in mobile communication technologies, such as GSM, UMTS, LTE, Small Cells, etc.
4. Experience with business analysis for wireless solutions including TCO analysis, market analysis, competitor analysis, etc.
5. Language: fluent spoken and written Spanish and English is a must.
6. Strong communication skills are required for good teamwork and successful customer engagement.
7. Proven ability to manage projects from the beginning till the end.
