Position Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of professional services to business units.
Ensures the ongoing process/system capability associated with projects. Create project plan, coordinate with resources, track milestones, and manage risks.

Responsibilities
• Plan projects and prepare budget approval presentations
• Participate in all phases of the SDLC to ensure implementation of system requirements
• Implement change control processes and risk/issue identification and mitigation strategies
• Participate in or lead cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing projects
• Monitor the project from initiation through delivery
• Coordinate the review and approval of requirements documentation, project plans, testing plans and business cases
• Oversee implementation of applicable solution to ensure business needs are met in a timely manner
• Interface with business managers to evaluate level of service being provided and resolves issues as appropriate
• Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project on schedule and within budget constraints
• Plan, organize, direct, control and deliver all projects prioritized in alignment with the business units’ expectations and needs
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications / Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in all phases of the SDLC
• Minimum of 2 years Project Management of IT projects (web and windows applications) involving .NET, ASP.NET, VB.NET, SQL Server, Informix technologies
• Strong Project Management skills
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project
• Must be process oriented and have strong organizational skills
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
