Main responsabilities:
* Work with mill to develop knit fabric capabilities in DR and Haiti- emphasis on synthetic fabrics
* Work with Brand and home office to understand the fabrics that need to be developed
* Fabric costing
* Manage many fabric developments for different brands on different calendars at numerous mills
* Understands the global mill landscape and can migrate knowledge to DR mills

Requirements:
* Studiying or graduated in Textile Design, Engineering or related careers
* Person with strong background in Knit fabrics in both cotton and synthetics
* Capability and work with the mills to evolve and improve to more types of fabrics- growth in synthetic fabrics and printed fabrics needed.
* Great organizational skills
* Fabric technical knowledge in knitting, dyeing, printing and finishing for development and bulk execution
