This position is responsible to procure different services between a business and the vendor. The vendors can be diverse, from recruiting and catering specific services. They will change depending the core of the business. The analyst will be working with:

• Meeting the KPIs for cost savings.
• Negotiation with Suppliers and internal clients on timeframes, costs, delivery in general.
• Sourcing for candidates that meet the requirements, but also fall below the average market rate.
• Managing larger amounts of information coming from different sources.
• Following up on contractors under their BU (scope) - conversions, roll offs, new hires, terminations etc.
• Manage all sourcing requirements under the assigned BU.
• Stakeholder and supplier negotiations, engagement and management.
• Weekly, monthly tracking on savings & other initiatives.
• Managing all systems/tools within the ERM process.

Requirements:

• Advanced English Level 85 to 95%
• Process Oriented
• Experience in: IT purchasing, Recruitment Outsourcing, BPO and Sales
• Multitasking
• Ability to negotiate
• Proactive
