Job Description:
-Manages one or more HR functions and/or business operations.
-Directs the planning, development, implementation and administration of HR programs and initiatives at the business unit or division level.
-Facilitates organization and leadership development efforts.
-Establishes functional business plans and provides guidance for the development and alignment of HR staff, programs and services to achieve organizational objectives.
-Advises company management on HR policies and programs, making or recommending appropriate decisions consistent with organization's strategic direction.
-Completes other duties as assigned.
