The Technology Support Engineer Lead be part of our Information Technology team in Guatemala. Will provide crucial knowledge in both hardware and software skills to support, troubleshoot and maintain reliable
and healthy end user IT work environment.
The role of the Information Technology Technician is to support a variety of hardware and software applications; and provide instruction and technical support to [24]7 Inc. Guatemala users across different
programs. This position will have reporting responsibilities too and take directions from both the Infrastructure Lead and the Technical Support Lead.
* Windows Server 2000, 2003, 2008 - Basic
* Linux (CentOS, RedHat, Debian) - Optional

* Admin level Knowledge DNS, DHCP, DFS, ADFS, Active Directory, IIS, File Server - Optional
