This material writer is responsible for creating original content for OneLink specific needs and must follow the structure given by the department lead. Content developers often use their skills, knowledge and experience in software and programming as well as web-based technology, to create and update content for training modules.

Content development could involve creative work, such as copy writing or graphics, or technical work that OneLink requires. Hence, it is essential to keep yourselves updated with the latest technology trends to ensure on-going success of the department.
A content developer needs to have excellent command over written and spoken English/Spanish. He/she should create content based on the needs of the company and present them in a lucid, simple, easy to understand language.
