International Company is looking for an Director of Operations for third party Collection Company We have experienced tremendous success with our collection services call center in Guatemala City, Guatemala are actively recruiting for an experienced and talented Director of Operations to take it to the next level. This is a unique opportunity to double the size of an already rapidly expanding call center with the resources and expertise of a highly successful third party collection company. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a high-growth, fast paced environment, as well as with working in a hands-on capacity with collectors and performance managers. This person must be able to make real time adjustments. The Requirements: • Bilingual English/Spanish and plus • 4+ years of experience in Collections and Call Center • People management skills preferable in the service sector • Outgoing personality Entrepreneurial attitude • Mature individual Experienced with diverse cultures • Computer literate Excel, Word, Outlook.
