Cruise Sales and Customer Service

Job Description: The primary responsibility is to assist travel agents, preferred accounts and direct guests with all aspects related to cruise bookings, including, but not limited to, air/land arrangements, product information, sales promotions, and related reservations service delivery requirements, while providing telephone cruise consultative services in a responsible, proactive, flexible, and empowered telephone call center environment. The successful candidate will also offer additional services, products and options in order to increase revenue, and assist with ad-hoc projects as needed. Requirements: Position requires minimum of one year of sales experience in a call center environment, preferably in the travel industry. You must be highly motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable to change, willing and able to multi-task, perform well under pressure and work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Be committed to customer satisfaction, product and service quality, responsive to client needs, and willing to find positive solutions to customer requests on a daily basis. Must have strong typing skills and be highly proficient in MSWord; knowledge of Excel, a plus. Excellent English written/verbal communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent work experience is also required.
