Team Manager Collections

The Team Manager Collections has to be a qualified, enthusiastic, and experienced team player. Professionalism, excellent communication skills and a positive customer service attitude will be keys to success in this growing and dynamic company. The collection manager will have a working knowledge of their client/clients and when appropriate and necessary communicates with client. Duties/Responsibilities: Personal Characteristics: The Team Manager Collections must have excellent communication and organizational skills. He/she must be competitive and have a high energy level and a passion for assisting other to achieve their goals. The Team Manager Collections must possess strong managerial skills and be able to be proactive in handling challenges in a professional manner. The Team Manager Collections must provide a positive environment conducive to team members wanting to achieve and grow professionally. Excellent listening and intercommunication skills are essential. Technical Skills: The Team Manager Collections must have a thorough knowledge of MS Office Applications. He/she must be able to monitor, review, analyze and evaluate accounts and provide positive feedback to the team members. Working knowledge of the phone systems is necessary. Performance Skills: An assertive, competitive individual with the drive to excel in meeting company and client expectations. He/she must have the ability to lead an assertive work force to successfully work their portfolios to the companies and clients standards. He/she must be able to handle multiple tasks without compromising quality and quantity of work.
