Sales Performance Manager

Our sales team is responsible for fielding both inbound customer inquiries to our sales center as well as contacting customers through permission-based outbound calling. When speaking with a customer, our team must quickly assess the customer’s needs and then recommend the best service option by explaining the benefits and providing price quotes. WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO AS A SALES PERFORMANCE MANAGER: • Take responsibility for the development and supervision of sales agents • Ensure individual agent and team success through continuous evaluation, constructive coaching, and results-oriented motivation • Drive sales performance and conversion rates • Monitor and manage the call queue • Handle escalated calls and customer issues • Train and develop sales agents • Hold meetings with agents to achieve personal and professional growth • Drive monthly sales contests and assist agents in achieving and improving sales performance The Performance Manager will be evaluated on his/her team’s ability to achieve performance and quality expectations WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: • University Degree or studies preferred • Minimum of 2 years sales experience, including 1 year of experience in a Supervisory role with a minimum of 15 agents under your management (in a similar sales center/call center environment) • Computer literate with the ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously • Excellent oral communication skills • Comfort within a fast-paced, high-pressure environment • Experience engaging directly with customers, such as in a sales or service role • Experience in the video entertainment/utility/telecommunications field a plus • Flexible schedule availability OTHER REQUIREMENTS: • Great sense of humor • Competitive spirit • A work hard, play hard mentality • Desire to continually learn and grow • Inquisitive mind • Willingness to embrace change • Entrepreneurial spirit • Desire to roll up your sleeves and dig into the work • Ability to endure our rigorous interview process
