Front Line Manager

The front-line managers is responsible for strategic planning, budgeting, quality management, and benchmarking, and she/he must focus attention on their customers. She/He must also recognize the need for effective information systems and find ways to align their immediate work units with larger organizational strategies and processes. A Front Line Manager has to understand the reasons and the barriers for managing changes and finally has to construct a plan how to overcome those barriers. She/He must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Requirements: • High English level > 85% • 3 to 5 Years of experience in accounting & finance area • Accountant & CPA Degree • Accounting System Experience: SAP, AS400, Oracle, AX • MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) • Managing employees & Leader Team Player • Proactive, Dynamic and results oriented. • Availability to travel
