Accountant Trainer

Job Decription: • Training to new & low performance employees. • Develop & update Genpact’s standard operating procedures. • Brochures & manual, content creation, updating training materials, including all visual aids supporting training objectives. • Monitor document and analyze qualitatively & quantitatively class learning curves. • Files (Kardex) per associate. • Update customer rules on relevant information. • Coordinate & implement of customers changes to the process. • Mentoring new employees. • Travelling to client site to support project & ensure proper aligment of training. Requirements: • High English level > 90% • Relevant training experience • Finance & accounting background • Thorough understanding of sub-ledger accounts’ reconciliation to general ledger. • Knowledge of financial statements: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and Equity. • Experience managing groups of people • Dynamic and proactive • Training experience • Able to create solid working relationships with clients
