Lead the training team in learning and develop program to meet the business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive for learning culture, develop and implement training programs to improve employee’s knowledge, skill and competency
To develop the annual training & development plan as well as Training Budget which aligned with the business strategic
Rational usage and maximize the effectiveness of the training budget to meet business needs
To develop follow up action and tools to extend the effectiveness of training
Manage the effectiveness of the training guideline and procedure while develops the training policy in line with the business needs
Consult with the department head to be updated the latest trend of staffing from which ensure the on going training implementation in line with the challenge of personal issue in the organization
Coach and train up T&D support team to professional level
Work closely with Engagement as Business Partner to address all people issues and interpret business needs into HR solutions
Proactively manages attrition through regular conversations with Engagement Manager, Operation Managers and staff and follow up the identified issues
Follows up performance management and salary review process
Plays a key role in developing and implementing key talent training & development program for the project
Essential Criteria:
Education / Academic background
University degree, major in HRM preferred
Knowledge
Good understanding in HRM
Experience

contribution ( accountability for expenditure/revenue, degree of control )

Profile:
* Experience in training or teaching
* Resourceful
* Used to work individually
* English and grammar level 90%
* Good computer skills
* As a plus, experience in sales or CS
* Able to coordinate and lead projects
* Good experience or knowledge in E-Learning is a must
* HR experience at least 1-2 y.
