DESCRIPCION DE LA OFERTA

Key responsibilities and Typical Activities: • Benchmark our pay in the market and manage: the annual pay review process; our bonus plans; and other terms and conditions within the reward framework • Benchmark our benefits in the market and negotiate with suppliers, manage the administration and effectively communicate to employees and the business. • Provide advise regarding pay and benefits to the management • Implement reward and benefit programs • Own promotion and remuneration change process in the Centre • Ensure the process is documented and communicated • Develop and maintain existing pay and benefits policies to ensure they are up-dated and complaint with local legal environment and Group standards • Ensure individual employee documents are compliant with the legal regulations • Providing ad hoc reports and analysis • Communicating company remuneration initiatives Key Relationships: • Internal clients – Directors and Managers, Employees • Other HR Team members • External entities Measures of Success : • Strength of relationships and personal credibility within the HR team through informal feedback • Improved profile/visibility of HR (as perceived by the business through informal feedback) • Business satisfaction (measured using business feedback) PERSON SPECIFICATION: Essential experience, competencies and skills • Graduate calibre with 3 years experience in HR • Strong analytical skills • Ability to present various scenarios to the business and make own recommendations • Project management skills • Attention to details • HR knowledge with good knowledge of labour law • Maturity • Creativity coupled with good business understanding and common sense • Very good communication, negotiation and customer service skills • Ability to work to tight deadlines • High personal standards with a special focus on respecting confidentiality • Fluent in English Desirable competencies and skills • Continuous Learning & Self Development • Flexibility • Effectiveness Profile: * Graduated or last year of college industrial psychology * Compensations experience within HR dept. * English level 80% – 85% * Great computer skills, really important in excel and access * Experience in payroll * male or female We offer: * Schedules: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm * Bonifications * Growth opportunities
