Sales Representatives

The sales representative has the main objective to persuade their potential customers to purchase the Direct TV services that are offered by Red Ventures. Excellent skills in communication and business acumen are important in this type of sales jobs; the sales representative candidate must have the whole knowledge about the service. They have to explain what the service is, how it works, and why it is beneficial to the customers. To inform their customers about service safety and is also a major responsibility of the people with sales representative jobs. The job description requires the executive to be well equipped with product knowledge so as to clarify any doubts their customers might raise. The job also requires the sales executive to not only maintain the current sales, but also give it a boost with their efforts Main Responsibilities: • Provide the right information to inbound potential customers over the phone • Enhance benefits and upgrade the services required by the customer • Response openly and positively to coaching • Be able to work as a team and help other agents when needed and/or requested. Profile: • 80% English Skills (Written and Spoken) • High school graduate • If underage, written permission from parents to work • Able to work weekends and holidays • Good understanding of American Culture • The ability to follow instructions and pay attention to details • A high degree of motivation and initiative • The ability to work under stressful conditions • Team Player and fast learning skills • Good communication skills and listening skills
