Essential duties:
Responsible for the amount to be recovered in case of Foreign Travel
Ensure cost cutting in the department
Review and Audit Payment Review Memos to ensure that the Rates, terms & conditions in the Invoices are in line with the contracted rates mutually agreed upon by Intelenet Global Services and the suppliers
Process Admin payments for Mumbai and Chennai
Interact & Follow up with the Admin personnel on various discrepancies and issues
Prepare Annual Expenses Schedules
Resolve audit queries
Ensure adherence to norms specified by COPC certification and ISO 27001 specifications
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION: B.Com/ M.Com
MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: Graduate in Commerce, Masters Degree in Commerce would be advantageous
KNOWLEDGE Familiar with Operating Systems (Windows 98/95/2000/NT), Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Working knowledge of PeopleSoft
