Job Description:
You need to oversee the proper functioning of the operation, manage and direct all aspects of outbound calls, implement and review call center policies and procedures, Develop and monitor quotas for service volume and timeliness.
You need to have a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. A must is also excellent communication skills and a proven record for coaching and developing employees.
You need to motivate your agents to achieve high performance, overseeing the design and delivery of all training programs, monitoring calls for quality assurance, recruiting and hiring new personnel, and handling escalated concerns that fall outside the purview of floor supervisors.
Requirments:
* minimum 2 years of experience (5 years preferred) in a similar position (preferable Senior Manager)
* someone with financial services experience would be acceptable
* able to travel to US or training
* Perfect English, good accent
* A high degree of motivation and initiative
* The ability to work under stressful conditions
* Team Player and fast learning skills
* Good communication skills
* Excellent Customer Service skills
* Attention to detail and proactive approach
* Able to work under pressure
* Good numeracy skills
* Computer literate (Excel and Word)
* Ambitious, focused on results
* Influencing and negotiation skills
