Descripción de la Oferta

The training coordinator is responsible for supporting the training department's activities and being in
charge of the administrative tasks associated with key training and operational activities based on the
organization's mission, principles, and core values. Reporting directly to the Training Manager will
collaborate with the Training Department to assist in the implementation of training sessions, both
virtual and in-person at the office assigned.

Main Responsibilities/Goals
Collaborate with the training team, managers, supervisors, and team leaders to schedule training sessions (virtual and in-person events)
Follow up on the calendar of virtual, and in-person training events. Compile the information and presentations for each session as needed, and support the logistical and training needs before, during, and after the event.
Identifying training opportunities and submitting proposals to the Training Department
Assist with the administrative tasks which support the Training Department

KSAO (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics)
This role suits a confident self-starter who can work on their own initiative when required.
A high skill level in the Google Workspace suite is recommended.
Excellent organizational and time management skills are a key requirement for the role.
Experience in teaching and/or attending both virtual and in-person training is preferred.
Present a professional approach and must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Energetic and enthusiastic, with a strong sense of initiative and excellent people and relationship-building skills.
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Experience in Education or equivalent assistance positions (i.e. Teacher Assistance, Business Management Assistance, Research Assistant/Associate - Junior Evaluator, Learning Experience Designer, etc.)

Tasks / Duties
Coordinate with the training manager to ensure successful on-site delivery of hybrid training programs in the office assigned.
Complete training tasks and ensure compliance with company standards
Enter personal and training information into the digital training database
Prepare the training area and/or space for virtual and/or in-person events and support trainers, as required (e.g., setting up webinars)
Preparing written and graphic reports from the training activities to provide feedback
Preparing documentation to advertise training schedules and opportunities
Evaluate training activities using rubrics, checklists, and scales provided by the Training Department
Track and manage trainers' information, such as progress, attendance, and feedback.
