Five Star is currently looking for a Time Card Clerk.

The Time Card Clerk audits employee time-worked and assures information is properly recorded and coded.

This position works onsite in our Guatemala office, full time and primarily Monday-Thursday and every Sunday from 8:00 am-5:00 pm CST. However, there could be times where hours/days worked could change pending business need.

Position Responsibilities

Reconcile Customer Success Associate timecards daily.
Audit billing rates and compare against timecards.
Access company resources provided to accurately reconcile timecards/billing.
Assist with month end billing, reconciliation, and reporting.
Identify internal timecards/billing needs and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Potential to assist the Workforce or Customer Success departments if the need arises.
Perform other duties as assigned, management reserves the right to assign or reassign functions and responsibilities to this job description at any time.

Must be accurate and detail oriented.
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English (Must be @ a level C1 or above)

Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
Maintaining composure in challenging situations.
Ability to use technology effectively and productively.
Regularly required to sit.
Regularly required to use hands to feel, handle and control objects.
Occasionally required to reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
Occasionally required to lift and/or carry loads of up to 30 lbs.
All standard vision abilities are required.
All standard hearing abilities are required.
Must be able to pass a background check applicable with laws.

Education and Experience

1 year of similar work experience is required.
1-3 years of previous accounting or payroll experience preferred.
The ability to work proficiently in Excel, Work Outlook, and other software systems.
