Procurement Transformation Manager

Capgemini Guatemala is looking for a highly motivated professional with background in procurement project management positions.

What will you do in this role?

Participate in the process and technology transformation projects within Source to Pay, guiding more junior staff in successful development and submission of the project deliverables.
Participate in (and/or lead a stream of) the projects that may be related to target operating model design, process design, process and technology maturity assessment.
Utilize process and technology expertise to provide improvement recommendations and propose the solutions to steer clients in their transformation journey.
Interact with the corresponding client Subject Matter Experts and collaborate with client in order to complete the assigned deliverables.
Interact with client Stakeholders and build long lasting relationship that will result in successful sale of future opportunities.

Qualifications

· 6+ Years of experience in procurement and project transformation management.
· Very strong end to end process knowledge within Source to Pay area and buying processes.
· Project management experience is highly desirable.
· Proven experience working with process modelling tools such as Visio, Business Optix or any other similar.
· Knowledge in eProcurement systems such as (Ariba, Ivalua, Coupa, etc.)
· Knowledge of non-ERP supporting tools (e.g SAP, Service Now, Jira, Fairmarkit, Beeline, etc.)
· Background in customer facing.
· Very good command of MS Office.
· Advanced English proficiency.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to establish and maintain world class working relationships with all peers and stakeholders, including clients.
