We’re looking for an Executive Partner who’s ready to build a meaningful career by supporting founders, investors, creators, and leaders who are shaping the world.

Location: Guatemala (must live within 80 km of our Guatemala City Hub)

What You’ll Do as an Executive Partner:
- Optimize your client’s time and priorities to help them reach their goals
- Manage high-level scheduling, email, and communication
- Execute strategic research and special projects
-Draft executive-ready content and impactful presentations
- Anticipate challenges and solve problems proactively
- Become a trusted, indispensable strategic partner

What We’re Looking For:
- Advanced English (spoken and written)
- Exceptional organization, proactivity, and attention to detail
- Tech-savviness (Google Workspace, Mac, AI tools, etc.)
- Clear, professional, and discreet communication
- Availability for full-time work (aligned with U.S. time zones)
- No side jobs or other ongoing commitments

Technical Requirements:
- Stable internet connection (minimum 30 Mbps)
- Personal laptop (minimum: Intel i5 8th gen / Ryzen 5 3000+ / Mac 2017 or newer)
- 8GB RAM (16GB preferred)
