Athena Guatemala is looking for a Client Partnership Manager (CPM) to become a strategic connector between our world-class Executive Partners and the extraordinary clients they support.

Location: Guatemala (must live within 80 km of our Guatemala City Hub)

About the Role
As a Client Partnership Manager, you will oversee a pod of 10–15 Executive Partners and help shape high-performing partnerships with founders, investors, creators, and executives around the world. You’ll manage complex relationships, drive exceptional service, and coach your team to deliver impactful outcomes every day.

You’ll support clients such as:
- Founders scaling venture-backed startups
- Investors and operators managing high-performing teams
- Public figures and creators with large platforms
- Visionary leaders balancing demanding careers and full lives

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of Executive Partners to deliver excellent client outcomes
- Build deep, trust-based relationships with clients and understand their evolving needs
- Navigate conflict and complexity with empathy and sound judgment
- Continuously elevate the quality of partnerships and drive measurable impact
- Identify growth areas for XPs and provide targeted coaching and support
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Maintain operational excellence and uphold Athena’s high standards

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Master’s or MBA is a plus)
- 2+ years of experience leading people and teams
- 2+ years of experience working across cultures and time zones
- Reside within 80 km of the Guatemala City Hub (on-site presence required when needed)
